Manicotti

So my husband doesn't exactly have a recipe for this. He is really good with doing "a little bit of this, and a little bit of that"... So I'll see what I can do to help out and give a little idea of how much we used!

Ingredients:
Manicotti Noodles
Regular Spaghetti Sauce
15 oz of Ricotta
Fresh Basil
Italian Seasoning
Mozzarella Cheese


PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*

Mix together in a medium sized bowl; Ricotta, Fresh Basil, & Italian Seasoning



I would recommend starting the water and cooking the noodles while you're working on the Ricotta mix. That way when you're done with the mix, the noodles should be done as well. We put about a tablespoon of olive oil in the water to keep the noodles from sticking too much.





1) Spread spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the the pan.

2) Put the ricotta mix in a bag and squeeze it all into one corner. Twist the top of the bag so it's all in one corner.
3) Cut the corner!!! You have a great way to put the ricotta in the noodles.






Once the noodles are stuffed put more spaghetti sauce on the top. Feel free to be liberal especially on the ends so your noodles don't get crunchy.


Add shredded mozzarella cheese to the top!!!!

 Put foil over the top and cook for 20 min then remove and cook for additional 5 min.
