Tasty Burgers

So burgers are burgers right?


A burger is something to be savored! Something to be craved! Something to be enjoyed!

We eat Elk Burgers. The only time that I eat farm-cow burgers is when we eat out. Elk can be a little dry if you don't add beef fat, but now we have found a way to dress up your burgers whether they are elk or a farm-cow.
We picked this up from my sister-in-law.
Allow me to introduce the sweet savor of BBQ flavored burgers.

1 lb. Ground Elk (or cow)
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce (of your choice)
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Defrost your meat. We defrost ours in a sink of hot water

Mix the BBQ Sauce, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder in a medium sized bowl

Add the ground meant

Mix together well

Create your patties

Cook patties - We used our George Foreman

Add cheese -  if desired

Decorate with your favorite condiments
We love our fresh tomatoes from the garden.
