This weeks Tuesday Tip would work perfectly with our bruschetta recipe.
(or any other recipe that uses garlic)

"Microwave garlic cloves for 15 seconds and the skins slip right off"

"When mincing garlic, sprinkle on a little salt so the pieces won't stick to your knife or cutting board."

Do you have any tips for garlic?

  1. Yes. Always make sure everyone at the table eats a ton of garlic with you. That way you will all have communal "garlic breath!" :)
