Tuesday Tip #4

Who doesn't LOVE bacon?
When I made my Skillet Squash Pastsa I had a few response that said "you had me at bacon." 
It made me smile!! 
So here are few types regarding bacon.

Before opening a package of bacon, roll it. This helps separate the slices for easy removal of individual pieces.
No "curly" bacon for breakfast when you dip it in cold water before frying.
