Tuesday Tip #12

When I found this I was shocked. I wouldn't have ever thought of using olive oil instead of flour. I don't know about you but I grow up learning to flour my hands. It's always frustrating how much dough gets stuck on your hands. This will be a fun one to try as the baking season gets into full swing.

When working with dough, don't flour your hands; coat them with olive oil to prevent sticking.
