Tuesday Tip #19

Have you ever tried to make home-made french fries? We did HERE and I'm not sure if this tip would've worked with those types of potatoes or not but it would've been great to try then.

Let raw potatoes stand in cold water for at least half an hour before frying to improve the crispness of French-Fried potatoes.

I'm sure we'll try it soon...
