Porcupine Meatballs

This was fun and SUPER easy and delicious!!!
We ended up combining 3 different recipes to come up with our creation. We liked bits and pieces of each one and the sources for the three original recipes will be weaved into the post.

Sauce, came from my Dessert Recipes Cookbook
1 cup Tomato Soup
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Soy Sauce (opt)

Follow the Meatball Recipe on how to prepare the meatballs

Mix together the sauce ingredients

Pour sauce over meatballs

The cooking portion came from {taste this tuesday} with Pressed down, Shaken together. We liked baking them in the oven rather than on the stove top

Cook and cover in a 350* over for 45 minutes

Uncover and cook addition 15 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through

We added beef stock to the rice and had beans and peas. It was an fantabulous dinner!!
