{Tuesday Tip #33} Meatloaf in Muffin Tins

This is both a tip and a recipe to share.
I found this cool idea on Pinterest about how to make meatloaf easier. 
If meatloaf isn't already easy to make.
It takes longer to make meatloaf the traditional way but this way is super simple.
All you do is make your meatloaf how you would any other way and instead of placing it in a loaf pan, you make smaller servings and put them in a muffin tin for baking.

Here is the recipe for meatloaf that I got from my mother.

1 lb ground beef (or elk)
1 Egg
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
Salt & Pepper
1/3 cup Steak Sauce
1/4 cup Ketchup
dash of Garlic and Onion Powder
(rough estimates)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Thaw meat

Mix together

Grease muffin tins and scoop meatloaf into muffin tins

Bake for 20 minutes

Serve with rice and veggies
