(tuesday tip #35) Poached Eggs

We got these cool little things from my mother-in-law for our birthday this year.

They are called PoachPods!

I swear they are the easiest and the best way to poach eggs.
They are little silicone containers.
You spray them with non-stick spray (like Pam), place your egg inside and gently place in a pan of boiling water. You cook the eggs to the desired yokie-ness and simply maneuver the pod until you pretty much have it flipped inside and the egg will gently slip out with none of the white left behind.

After getting this cool gift, what did we do?
We made Eggs Benedict
Here are some pictures of how it all turned out.

They turned out to be the best size and shape for the Eggs Benedict and it was lots of fun!!

My tip, if you like poached eggs, this is definitely a very good investment!!!
Check out Google and Amazon for places and prices to find what works best for you.
