{wednesday weekly meal} Bean Dip

Last week you saw the Baby Shower Cupcakes we did at my shower...
This week we have the Bean Dip that we also enjoyed.
It's super easy and yet another Crockpot recipe that helps to make life easier.
The recipe that I'm sharing is supposedly for one serving but when you only take a small amount as an appetizer you can feed a few. I would recommend doubling it though.
(Sorry, I don't have pictures for this one. Mom was making it as I was helping prepare everything else.)

Ingredients
1 15oz can of Refried Beans
1 cup Picante Source (or your favorite)
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
(or the pre-shredded combination of the two cheeses)
3/4 cup Sour Cream
1 3oz package of Cream Cheese, softened
1 tbspn Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
Tortilla Chips
Salsa
(double for more fun)

Directions
In a bowl or in your Crockpot, combine the first 8 ingredients

Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until heated through, stirring once or twice

Serve with chips and salsa
